Problem On The Church?

Ok i think that i have all the simbols. But when i try to put them some times they fail then i come back later and then it works. The problem is that the final simbol (in my case the second counting from right to left) does not work doesn't matter what i do. What are all the simbols that there are and where can i find them? Or how do you do to work out this problem?

Uh.. don't know all the symobls' locations by heart... You need six, that's sure.

Ypu get one by killing Krilag, another from Joril the frost giant, the third from Marketh...

I'm not sure if you find one at Malavon's body or not... Try browsing the walkthrough.
