orrick th greys enchanted shield

i got the shield from dirty liew and tried to have orrick enchant it. how do u get him to do it.

Orrick's the mage in Kulduhar isn't he? You don't get him to enchant the shield. You take it to the drow merchant who's on the left of the screen to Dirty Lew.
