Movie keeps freezing *spoiler*

The movie when you give Larrel the heartstone gem always freezes, both in-game and from the main menu. I would like to see the whole movie, as it freezes after the first "page" is done. Does someone know why it freezes?

I haven't had the game freeze at that point (yet), but I've found deleting the files in the cache directory helped whenever my game locked up in other areas. Also, do you have the latest patches?
