IWD character portraits

I hope I'm posting this at the right forum...

I'd like to have all the original character portraits from IWD (and HoW) so that I can use in BG2. I do have IWD and HoW, but I don't know how to access or extract the portrait files. I've tried searching for it, but have only been able to find the portraits edited for NWN use.

Anyway, if anyone has all of them already, or knows how to get them and could point me in the right direction, I'd be extremely grateful, since I'm getting really tired using the same portrait for BG over and over again!
