graphics size

Would anyone know how to open up other screen size modes in my IWD config utility. I am currently in 32 bit by 1024x768, but I see options to go 1280x960 but they are greyed out. Is it possible to use it?

Well I assume you already checked the unlock modes checkbox (haven't you). I think it is that your monitor isn't able to deal with those resolutions. I also have more options and iirc it stops after my maximum resolution.
The answer about how to still check it should be upgrade your monitor/graphical card (whatever is holding you back).
