Game crashes when entering Black Wolf Temple

I've got Icewind Dale with HoW, TotL, Grog's Pseudo-3rd Edition Mod, Tioma's Ease of Use Pack, Auril's Bane Mod, and the Icewind Dale Tweak Pack, all found at http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/IWD/index_editors.php

Before installing the mods I was able to enter and clear the Black Wolf Temple, but after starting a new party and adding the mods the game now crashes whenever I attempt to enter. Is there anyway to remove these mods, or some other fix for this problem?

I'm not sure about how to remove mods - I think there's a way, but I don't use the mods so I don't know. Were there Readme files attached with the downloads?

The one surefire method to remove them all is to delete the files and re-install.
