I need a bag of holding or bag for bottles and gem bag. Can they be found anywhere?

The Icewind Dale tweaks mod adds a Bag of Holding for sale with the mage in Kuldahar. Pomab in Easthaven, and the stores in Kuldahar offer the regular containers.
There's also a Bag of Holding drop in the Hand, but IIRC, that's random.

The "Bag of Holding drop in the Hand" isn't a container you can put items into.
Real bags of holding can only be obtained in the TotL addon.
If you have HoW installed you can buy scroll cases and gem or bottle bags in Kuldahar or Lonelywood, if not you won't find any containers.

You can buy a real bag of holding before TotL using the G3 Tweak Pack.
