Bag of Holding & Scroll Case ???

I finally bought ICW and am having alot of good fun playing it. The items in my inventory are starting to really burden my party. My question is...Are there scroll cases and a bag of holding to be found in IWD? Sure would help with my situation : )

Scroll cases were added in the HoW expansion. There's also no bag of holding in the original. If HoW is installed you can find the scroll cases in a few spots
