Ayeee ello all...Q on portraits...

took me thee better half ef 4 years to finally load IWD on me harddrive, question is ...ive found sites that post custom portraits, but what directory do you save them to in "Icewind Dale I", and what specs should they be, height , width,,,etc etc, also found info stating that you could use custom portraits from BG1 and 2...is this correct..?

You have to create a custom folder called "Portraits" in the main Icewind Dale folder on your Harddrive. Just copy the portraits you like into this folder, make sure they are .bmp format and a small and large sized one. Then add them with the custom portrait oprion during character creation. That's it...

As for portraits...take a look at the links in the "Useful Links" sticky at the top of the forum.
