Auril Priestess (Spoilers: Vale of Shadows Quest)

All right, another question. I've just killed the Priestess of Auril for Kresselack. As soon as she and her yeti companions die, the screen freezes, as it does when someone is trying to talk to you. Having played the game before, I know it's a ghost. However, the ghost never comes to speak to any member of my party- the game just stays frozen. Any suggestions...?

loading up a previous save, and try again. Also, it might have something to do with a third party program running with the game. Just some thoughts.

Do you have the patch installed? It was supposed to fix that problem, as well as the issue of characters getting stuck in one spot.
