Considering the age of the game (and the game engine), you won't find a really active IWD board. This one and the one already mentioned are slightly more active than another one I'm on, found here.

There's still quite a few people with lots of IWD knowledge that check into the various forums (fora?), so feel free to post any questions you have. They'll get answered eventually.
