A question about patches

My copy of Icewind Dale - The Ultimate Collection has arrived. What I would like to know is if I need to download any patches or is this version ready to go. I know when i got the NWN collection I didn't have to download any patches. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about patches but I would still install the bug fixes from the Ease of Use mod

I have played Icewind Dale, Heart of Winter and downloaded and played Trials of the Luremaster without any patch and did not have any problem.

I have not played IWD II yet so I can't say anything about this one.

IWD1 should work fine without downloading any patches or mods, just install and play.
For IWD2 check the version, it's probably already 2.01, if not patch it.

For IWD/HoW, the final patch is included in the Trials of the Luremaster free download (available here). All you need is TotL and you're set. Installation order is IWD, HoW, TotL. No patching needed beyond that.

My version of IWD2 (from the Ultimate Collection, bought at least a couple of years ago) needed a patch, v.2.01, I believe. I think I got it here.
