Don't forget Tiberius, he acts like Captain Kirk. That explains why he suddenly shouts and strings words together when you talk to him. Also listening to him confirms it. Further Tiberius is Captain Kirk's middle name.

Every person in this game is a reference to an English person. There is a person named Stewart (Captain Picard) standing right next to Captain Kirk, er, I mean Tiberius. Even the short guy, Rob Noone is a tribute to a character in a Terry Pratchett book (a semi-famous British author).

How about Steven Patrick (I forget which station he is at). When you first meet him he says something like " I am the son, and the heir, of a shyness that is criminally vulgar" which is a line form a song from The Smiths named How Soon is Now (Steven Patrick is Morrisseys first and middle name)
