How kill orcs?

Ok. Stupid question.

I'm at the farm east of Reddock, near the beginning of the game. I've dueled Topork, escorted Kliff to Javier. I went back to the farm to kill those orcs (quest from Gelford). But all I seem capable of doing is simply stunning them repeatedly. What am I missing here???

How to kill an orc/human.

Hit them untill they're knocked out. Stand over their body, hold your right mouse button to parry and then while holding right, hold your left mouse button to kill them.

I believe it's explained in the manual, but I must admit it's a rather complicated mechanic for such a crucial action. You're not likely to figure this one out by yourself.

Figures.. probably a bad habit.. I never do more than briefly skim manuals..
