Baldur's Gate 2 is one of, if not the best, rpg I've played. I love Gothic 2 but it doesn't come close to BG2 in both story and interaction with npcs.

re: baldur 2 vs gothic 2

I just bought Baldur's gate 2 and a little disappointed with the quality of the graphics. Well, maybe I am wrong?

You've got to remember that BG2 uses more old school rpg graphics and is older than Gothic 2 (or at least I think it is). If you can get past the graphics, it really is a far more complete package than Gothic 2 (although with the add-on, Gothic 2 makes a lot more sense and is more fun than without as it feels more complete)
