Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion all the way, although I do like Hellgate: London too.

mass effect is 2007.
after playing oblivion, i think i will like mass effect the most. oblivion too many bugs, hopefully this won't happen with mass effect.

As for RPGs in 2006 that I would very much be looking forward to play, it would be Gothic III, Neverwinter Nights 2 and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Since the first two are apparently very buggy, I do not plan to buy them anytime soon. As for the Witcher, it is one of the games I'm looking forward too, even though the release date is in 2007.
