What is BioWare's finest achievement?

With Mass Effect now available and every future title having EA's paws on it, I think it's a good time to judge all of the games BioWare has released to date.

So... which title (and subsequent expansion packs) represents their finest achievement?

No question: BG2.

Voted for BG I, just because without it, we would not have BG II....

Why anything else then BG2 in that poll?

Buck probably wanted to provide the illusion of democracy...
It's probably all part of another sinister plot related to world domination.

Seriously though,
I don't think I've ever voted in a poll here where the choice was so immediately obvious!

I don't think the choice is all that obvious, really. I can't say I really expect Shattered Steel or MDK 2 to get many votes, but Neverwinter Nights, Star Wars: KotOR, Jade Empire, and Mass Effect all have merits that might warrant a number of votes from their respective fanbases.

While both me and the son-in-law have played KOTOR I and II, and the full BG series....He did stay up all night last night, yelling at me to come look every few moments at Mass Effect...he even let me play about 5 minutes....

I see it as more a matter of quality than fans, but maybe that's just me. BG2 did so many things right. It's just a shame Bioware chose to coast on their rep after it, turning in on-time cookie-cutter successes that never innovated.

See? There's an intelligent person who knows the right question to ask.

I haven't played BG or BG II, so my vote goes to NWN.

Same here. Though I am planning to play it in the near future if Hellgate disagrees with me and provided I can locate the game in a store.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, even though I dislike that d20 system (not to mention I enjoy Republic Commando more than this game, to be honest ). Tried playing Neverwinter Nights before but didn't like it. Find Jade Empire to be mundane after playing it for a few hours.

Some of games I have not played. It would either be Jade Empire, Neverwinter Nights and Star Wars: kotor. The winner is.......Neverwinter Nights
Actual I like them all.

I do have BG1 and BG 2 but graphics on the game is hard for me see. Must be my eye sights
