GameSpy and IGN have both given Activision and Troika's Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines a place in their "Game of the Year" awards.
GameSpy gives the game their
Level of the Year award for the "Ocean House Hotel" area and a runner-up award in their
Best Use of License category. IGN took it a bit further by giving the game their
PC RPG of the Year award, which I couldn't agree more with.
