Tony Jay Passes Away

International Entertainment News is reporting that Tony Jay, whose voice acting can be heard in many RPGs, has passed away due to complications related to a surgery in April. Here is just a tiny sampling of the video games Tony offered his voice to:

- The Bard's Tale (2004)
- X-Men Legends (2004)
- Champions of Norrath: Realms of EverQuest (2004)
- Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel (2004)
- Lionheart (2003)
- Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance (2001)
- Forgotten Realms: Icewind Dale (2000)
- Planescape: Torment (1999)
- Fallout: A Post-Nuclear Role-Playing Game (1997)

The most memorable one for me is the excellent work he did as the Transcendent One in Planescape: Torment. He will certainly be missed.
