The folks at GamersInfo have released
a short preview of the PC version of inXile's RPG remake, The Bard's Tale. A snip, as usual:
InXile listened to the players of the console game and also extended the "training" time of the game. There's no true formal training but they've made the earlier quests easier to manage and learn from and made the menu system less complex (the use of a keyboard alone helps to accomplish this). What would take going through 2 menus previously and waiting on a 10-second animation now occurs with one button and the animation is in half the time.
