Star Wars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed is a generally satisfying expansion for the game. It's free of most major bugs, many problems that became apparent within days of launch have already been addressed, and long-term changes that will make it more attractive for both PvE- and PvP-oriented players are in discussion. Power gamers can become Master pilots within a week or so, while those who are less interested in mastery may take weeks or months to finish a profession, with no down side to their enjoyment. The design is ready for the addition of major quests and content, but not begging for them at this point. Overall, it's a very fine complement to the popular base title.
