The
Shadowbane: Chronicles of Strife site have posted that all of their servers will be taken down for maintenance and updates Friday, April 11th from 5:00am est for about 8 hours.
Tomorrow morning's downtime for the server configuration improvements was estimated at four (4) hours. This estimate has been increased from four (4) to eight (8) hours. The maintenance will begin at 5:00 AM EST tomorrow and continue until completion.
The Fear server received an Update this morning which has previously been on our Q&A server. This update should fix the Character link bug which caused Characters to disappear from view on the selection screen. It has three server crash fixes, fixed an exploit that allowed Thieves to steal from a distance, and included additional logging capabilities to track Trees of Life.
If the Fear Server update runs smoothly over the weekend, all servers will be updated with this patch on Monday.
