Interesting line-up of games. I'll be looking forward to some of them, particularly Gothic 3, Company of Heroes, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Dark Crusade, Dark Messiah of Might and Magic and FEAR: Extraction Point. Quote: |

What to Expect: The best way to describe this game based on the hit TV show is "Sim-like" in terms of style and gameplay dynamics…but don't be deceived. Under the hood are the makings of a game which could very well appeal the core audience of the show, and more importantly, bring the much-desired female demographic to the forefront of gaming. For any of you who have played The Sims you will feel right at home with the interface. Although it looks very close to a Sim title, this engine has been built from the ground up for Desperate Housewives: The Game. Not only does this cut down on licensing fees, it allows them to build in-game advertising right into the heart of the game. It may not be a game for the hardcore, but there's undoubtedly some appeal from the TV crowd that wants to be part of the backstabbing and dirt flinging. | A Desperate Housewives game? Now that is something I didn't expect. I'll give it a pass since I'm not into that show anyway but, to be honest, its kind of weird to see a game like this.
