Obsidian Entertainment's Lineup Expands

Eagle-eyed Obsidian forum member Zoma spotted a couple of interesting blurbs on the company's Twitter pages, which has since led to a confirmation that the company has signed on for at least one new, unannounced title. On April 3rd, these two messages appeared on Obsidian's and Josh Sawyer's Twitter feeds:

"Obsidian is happy today."

...

"loves the smell of contract signing in the... evening."

Speculation began, to which Matthew Rorie responded:

It is a game.

But srsly, not going to be able to talk about anything for a while. I'm sure you guys will have fun speculating in the meantime.

A few days later, the company's LinkedIn page was edited to say that the company is developing "Alpha Protocol, a modern-day spy RPG, as well as several unannounced titles."

Baldur's Gate III or Neverwinter Nights 3, maybe? Or something new entirely? I guess we'll just have to wait until a leak or an official announcement hits the 'net.
