Gamer asks about how setting up multiple servers will work:
Lets say that a purchase one NWN and I set up a game server for my friends and act as a DM. Finally I want to add a second game server, or another server instance on the same hardware. Do I have to purchase a NWN just to be able to add another server?
Or is the server software free to install as long as the gamers, and DM have a copy of the game?
...they've said you'll be able to run as many instances of the server as you like on as many machines as you own from one copy of NWN (spawn, spawn, spawn ;-)). After all, the more servers there are for folks to play on, the more games they'll sell ;-). You'll only be allowed to run one player/DM client per copy however.
This may change before shipping, but that's the current plan.
