Without a doubt, one of the most surprising aspects of Guild Wars is the way you get items for your character. While in other MMORPGs you just have to pay for an items, here you also need to provide resources to crafters so they can make that item for you. For crafting armours or clothes you just have to collect objects from dead enemies, but first you need a kit for extracting these resources from dead bodies.
As you can see from its name, Guild Wars is based on guilds, so players can easily create and manage clans having a pyramidal structure and a clan place for gathering on, from the first moment at game and without having to pay a fortune for it. There are two kinds of PvP. You can go to dedicated PvP servers where groups are autoleveled or going to arenas with some friends where organised groups will gain a lot of experience without loosing experience or money.
