Remember those scanned Gothic 4: Arcania screenies on CRPG.ru? The guys at Tiscalia Games bring us higher quality versions of the same shots.

I very much doubts some of those are screenshots. Looks more like concept art to me. Just look at that water.

Also noticed that. Two of those screens (one with a shield and the other of the cliffs) look like they were ripped from the artwork pages.

You wouldn't be able to tell when it's printed in a magazine though. I can kinda see how they went about that.
