review of Fable, giving the Xbox RPG an overall score of 85/100. Their final thoughts:
Like any game Fable has its ups and downs. Sometimes the downs really hurt the gameplay like it did in Fable. The controls, the need to replay quests you fail, and the loading times were all very annoying and brought down the quality of the game and my desire to keep playing. Don’t get me wrong though, this game is still good but it could have been one of the best ever if it wasn’t for the problems. If you are an RPG fan then this is a must buy but if you’re curious then you should just rent it.
