DreamCatcher's Byron Gaum and Jeremy Norel have provided
a status of the v1.3 patch for Dungeon Lords, which may or may not mean that the v1.2 patch is still forthcoming. Byron's post:
Just wanted to update everyone and let you know that Update 1.2 is still being worked on. Development for this update has taken a little longer than we originally anticipated, but it is progressing very well. I'll be able to provide you all with more information as soon as it becomes available.

We are now physically testing the new patch V1.3
This should be released in the next week or so, we will get it out to you as soon as we can!
Please take note this is a cumulative patch and will include V1.2 and you will be able to install this update no matter which version you have.
