BioWare Developing Another Game Based on New IP

GameSpot is pointing to the LinkedIn profile of a former BioWare designer (Christopher Tudor Smith) who claims to have been working on "an unannounced 'AAA' project" based on a new IP before he left in April 2009.

Principle lead designer on an unannounced ‘AAA’ project. Responsibilities include the creation of a new IP and managing a team of designers, writers and level designers. BioWare is an amazing place to work and I am sad to leave such an exceptional company although I am excited in my decision to move to be with my fiancé.

Could this be the unannounced Torque 3D-powered game we mentioned a few days ago?
