Arcanum and VtM: Redemption Servers Going Offline

Sierra Entertainment has announced that they will be permanently shutting down quite a few game servers on November 1st, including those necessary to enjoy the multiplayer component in Troika's Arcanum: Of Steamworks & Magick Obscura and Nihilistic's Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption. The disappointing announcement:

The following game servers will be shut down as of 11/01/08:

Aye, but how many fans would actually make a server? That's the question.

Does a fan-made server exist for Bloodlines for example? I know that Wesp's patches restore whatever multiplayer was made, but I was unable to find a server for the game.
