Something not right

Some weird things are happening to me. Every time I load up the SOA message board. It comes up with the last page starting first then I have to set it up to read the first page, this happens every time i load up the message board. Now when I post a answer on the forum. I do what i normally do and answer and post it. But when I go back to read it I go to read the post again and I press the question that I posted on my message is not there. The only way that I can see it is by pressing those little arrows by the question. Why is this i have never had this trouble before?

Does this happens only in the SoA forum? When you go to usercp->edit options, you can choose the default way of showing the threads in all the forums, maybe this will fix it, Have you tried it?

Sorry it took so long to reply been busy having baby. But yes it happens in every forum and after every action that I perform it always goes back to the last post first. Why is this I have never had this problem before?

As for the problem i don't why this is happening but i could suggest that you change your settings as i said in my previous post and see what happens(if you didn't tried it already). Unfortunately there is no option that can set the default view in all forums in ascending or descenting order which appears to be your problem.

Thank you Demis for the fast reply I will go ahead and try to set up my options again and see what happens. If It does not work I guess I will have to do evey time I enter the forums.

Ah and another thing if this does not work you can try to delete the cookies. From the window of IE go to tools -> internet options and hit delete cookies.
However keep in mind that the procedure will delete all your internet cookies not just the ones here are GB forums.

Well I tried all this and still does not work. But I am sure it is something on my computer that is the problem. I have moved this last month and have set up a new internet account and maybe something has changed since then so I will have to trace my steps and see if there is a problem. But ty for the help.

Look at the bottom of the page, one of the menus asking how you would like the topics to appear. See if you can edit them to solve your problem.

I have tried that as well. Every forum comes up different. This one comes up with only two topics showning then I set it to "the last 45 days" then every thing is fine.

SOA forum always comes up with the last topic first so it reads a few months behind then I need to switch it.

So I am at a lost but thanks for the help GAXX
