Is there a way to upload screenshots for a particular game section? or even fan art for that matter?

Right here on gamebanshee? Yes, but I wouldn't reccommend it. Gamebanshee has a low kilobyte requirement for pictures so if you want to upload quality pictures, you might as well just use photobucket.com.

As for the screenshots part, what game is this for?

i dont mean for personal storage, but like u kno when u go a to a game section there is a link on on tha sidebar that goes to fan art and screenshots that is public.

specifically i was goin for Fable

There's a little drop down box at the top left corner of the screen that says-
Banshee Network
Choose a Site...

Click on the game you want and there ya go.
