Lightbulb An idea

As for as proper moderation of such content and more issues, would it be alright if I started a GameBanshee Discussion for new and more experienced mods (Buck included) to talk about mod responsibilities?

As Aegis says - I've contacted the ISP Telemar.net.br in Brazil, from which L.O. IP originates.
But with my (although rather limited, but increasing) knowlegde I seriously doubt they will react.
(For instance, there was an article where it stated that it legal for Brazillians to hack into servers, as long as they cause no damage. Resulting in 80% of the worlds hackers to be Brazillian residens)

Had it been "western world" ISPs - I'm sure that the ISP would have reacted, and possible revoked the Internet account.
