| | | Thanx Mag, you scoresheet is perfect
And I don't know if you understood it right or wrong, but to clear this also to everybody, I was thinking that our sessions may not be every weekend at the sime time at the same day, but instead after session we discuss (here, I think it's best) the day and time for our next session, which is acceptable to everybody. This is because I myself can't quarantee that I'm available even close to every weekend, and my schedule of weekends may form during that week.
About few more things I forgot.
1) Use OOC discussion as less as possible, even better if not at all.
2) If you want something to be changed in your character sheet, PM me or some other way get my attention. OOC may be used for this.
@Rav, well the OOC will stay what it is, cause that way it won't distract too much players that don't want to think OOC thingies. IMO OOC is something that shouldn't be important at all, that's why I used very dark colour.
But about the rule-text, I will change that brighter. Tell your opinion when then

| | Thanks Kipi.
About times, that is a good idea. To be honest, my job can end up somewhat chaotic, and two of my friends are managers there, so if someone doesn't show up for work I tend to go in to help them. It usually happens about once a week that I end up going in on a day I was not scheduled, or I stay late at work. I'd have to say, if I'm more than 10-15 minutes late, chances are something came up suddenly with me to prevent me from showing up.

So, what if you do not show up? How would you like the situation done? Do I play your character or do I just drop you from the party for that session, ie saying that you had some private bussiness?

I suppose we'll be mainly limited to weekends on time? Quote: |

If you plan on encounters for a set number of people ahead of time, dropping one of the characters out of it makes it harder on the rest of them. Not to mention, I'd be lacking in XP and treasure later on, leaving my character unable to keep up with the others. It would probably be best for you to take over my character and play as you saw fit based on how my character was previously played. It won't upset me at all, no matter what happens.

| | Hi guys,
I'm sorry for a bad news. I've just moved house & I can't get internet connection. I don't know how long will it took me...so that might rule me out from playing on weekends (since that would seem to be most convenient for everyone else). As of now, i can only go online whene i'm in office and not too occupied with work..
Is there any other way i can contribute if i'm not playing? How long do i need to be online at one sitting to help progress to story?...
I would like to at least keep track of this campaign....and learn how to play an online campaign...
My sincere apology if this would be a setback... |

| | That's good.
Are you using the Savage Races page for that drow character?
Otherwise you'll level up slower.
Which is your choice, it'll just be harder for you.
Did you change the stats based on drow bonuses/penalties? +2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, +2 Intelligence.
BTW, Attack is your BAB (Base attack bonus) + Str bonus(for melee) or Dex bonus (for ranged).

| | | Hmm, just a few notes about posting, as in the actual content.
First example: 3rd person, personal, past tense
Tway walked into the tavern, it reeked of stale beer and stale sweat. The iconic inkeeper was leaning against the bench, wearing a hole in a spotles glass. She knew she shouldn't be here, places like this held such unpleasant memories for her, but she needed some civilisation, though this hardly counted
Second Example: 3rd Person, impersonal(/inpersonal, who knows?), past tense
Tway walked into the tavern, it reeked of stale beer and stale sweat. The iconic inkeeper was leaning against the bench, wearing a hole in a spotles glass. She had a grimace plastered to her face, it was clear she didn;t want to be here.
Third Example: 3rd person, personal, present tanse
Tway walks into the tavern, it reeks of stale beer and stale sweat. The iconic inkeeper leans against the bench, wearing a hole in a spotless glass. She knows she shouldn't be here, places like this hold such unpleasant memories for her, but she needs some civilisation, though this hardly counts.
fourth example: 3rd person, impersonal, present tense
Tway walks into the tavern, it reeks of stale beer and stale sweat. The iconic inkeeper leans against the bench, wearing a hole in a spotles glass. She has a grimace plastered to her face, it is clear she doesn't want to be here.
fifth example: 1st person, past tense. personal
I walked into the tavern, it reeked of stale beer and stale sweat. The iconic inkeeper was leaning against the bench, wearing a hole in a spotles glass. I knew I shouldn't be here, places like this held such unpleasant memories for me, but I needed some civilisation, though this hardly counted.
sixth example 1st person, past tense, impersonal
I walked into the tavern, it reeked of stale beer and stale sweat. The iconic inkeeper was leaning against the bench, wearing a hole in a spotles glass. I had a grimace plastered to me face, it was clear I didn;t want to be here.
seventh example: 1st person, present tense, personal
I walk into the tavern, it reeks of stale beer and stale sweat. The iconic inkeeper leans against the bench, wearing a hole in a spotles glass. I know I shouldn't be here, places like this hold such unpleasant memories for me, but I need some civilisation, though this hardly counts.
eighth example: 1st person, present tense, impersonal
I walk into the tavern, it reeks of stale beer and stale sweat. The iconic inkeeper leans against the bench, wearing a hole in a spotless glass. I have a grimace plastered to me face, it is clear I didn;t want to be here.
I am pretty sure I didn't repeat myself there, I think.
Personally I prefer the first style, by we will get a census...

| | I'm happy with that for your stuff Kip .
1st person for things that the player writes. Personal + present tense.
E.g. you might say that the PC walks into a town, and the then the player decides to visit the tavern. Then the player may describe a reaction. |

| | | "Third Example: 3rd person, personal, present tense", the personal seems to fit more. Going impersonal would be more the likes of Kipi descriping what the NPC's surround the party are doing. Personal, would fit the player's role-playing their characters. We're supposed to become them, not describe them in game, you know? In the game, we are that character.
