Yes, it looks very good

Now, if you want to, you can think of description and/or bio for you character. These aren't must, so if you don't want to, that's fine to me, so you can decide it yourself. I will post you character to character thread as soon as I've got it re-organisated, have to move some posts lower and create two new.

And, I want to apogolize if I pissed you of with my post, it really wasn't what I meant... so if you could forgive me, I would be very happy. All I meant was that in my mind there was suspicion that you weren't taking this too seriously and/or you just started to copy Rav. Obviously, the case wasn't that, and I want to apologize.
For me, I think it was just too much that there were two Aasimar Red Knight in the same group. Not sure what other thought of it, and it seems that I brought my thinking too harshly.

Sorry i've been kindda behind...been busy here. Just to be safe that i don't miss out anything, if there anywhere else that we need to post anything? Or another thread to update our campaign? Maybe i missed something?

I've tried to checked back what else i've need to update. Pls help me if i get this wrong

Okay, I think the campaign is ready to start, except the map-file, which doesn't seem to work yet

But I'll get it work or make new one before our first session

@Slade
Could you please post one post which have the timezone and/or the time you posted it? This way I can add you to timezone-post, which contains everybody's timezone except yours.

So, the big question, when are we going to have this very first session?
I would suggest this saturday, but not early in my time (GMT+3) because I'm coming that morning from Nightwish concert and I won't be up early. SO basically this means late session to some.

Also, I can post later, hopefully tomorrow or Thursday, the days and times which are okay to me during next week. Please everybody, tell which ones are good to you, so that we can get this going soon

@darkwolf, your character has a Constitution bonus of +1, so he has 9 rather than 8HP. I'll continue checking the character.

@Kipi, during the day on Wednesday's and Thursday's is probably going to be impossible for me. Saturday should be fine for me though.

Just curious, what map this is?
If has something to do with the island, then it can be the general map which I uploaded to Character/File -thread.
Otherwise, if it has something to do with the area itself, but it's not the general map, could you remove it?

Time zone is GMT-8(USA,California its 10:11 AM right now)...Im usaully on Mon-Fri.....sometimes Saturday...from anywhere from 9:00am to 6:00 pm or even later...

@ Kythras, Im sorry for your lose of a friend

And to everyone else its Ok, I was not pissed/mad at what you had to say I was just worried that I got everyone upset and would not wont me involved in the campaign....first impression are very important at times if not always...

Kytharas, sorry to hear the lost of your friend too...i missed that part of your post...

Ravager, thanks...i forgot about the +1 CON bonus. Again, having no game engine doing the calculation is disturbingly disorientating me

I can usually go online from 11.00pm til about 3am everyday (Malaysia time...that's GM+8 i think?), and if i'm not going to work on Sat, i'm available also the whole day...

I hope my time can fit into everyone schedule...

Nothing in particular i guess. At the time when i was going through the item list, i thought having 'map' sounds good, though no idea of what map...

..hmm, just remove it to make things easy

One question, where is this Character/File thread?

Hmm... in that case I would suggest that the map is the map of island.
It would be anyway good that at least one has it in inventory, so I think it would be that.

Also, nothing is needed to remove

And about the thread, it's in same forum as this one, Forum Member RPGs. The thread is named as Sterwick Campaign - Character and Journal Thread (ABSOLUTELY NO SPAM!!!!). And I'm going to mention this once again, since I'm not sure wether you already knew it, that you should NOT post to it until the game starts, and after it only for using it as journal (like in BG and IWD games

).
I'm taking care of the character sheets. The thread is also used to store files, like maps and such, but currently there is only one file that doesn't work, and the reason is still unknown to me

I think it is time for me to put in a word...

This is going to be a difficult first campaign to handle and run. Not only is it over the internet, but many of the players are not experienced, and the person who was keeping an eye on you, Magrus, is now unable to appear online at the moment.

One of your major problems for getting this campaign off the ground in the total randomness of your time zones. You currently have several Australians, Europenas and Americans... there are few time zone which can accomadate all. Especially when so many family emergencies can go wrong.

In the end, if you people want to have somewhat of a continuing game during weekdays while playing larger games on the weekends, then I can lay out something for you.

As you all know rolls now, perhaps there wpuld be a way to "Mass" the actions for several players. For example, if you are exploring, and several characters are doing seperate things (IE Deciphering script, such as Sylvan, and another casting Detect Evil into the darkness, ect), then you can allow for these actions to be taken together.

Each dayt, night, or every other day, you can post an action, your rolls, and what you want to do in this thread, one at a time. Some days may have many people doing actions... other days may have none. This pretty much depends on whether or not Kipi can come on nightly as DM and calculate each move.

In the end, it may only have one post at a time... but it woukld be the best action.

I would also recomend having a redundant DM, however, that would have to be Rav, and/or Magrus if he comes back, as they have the most expertise for online D&D. It would take away some of the enjoyment from the game if you knew it was coming up...

On weekends, you may be able to get some more done.... but you simply can not have people posting every 4 hours when it is 8 pm for them. This may take a while... but I do hope you will all make an attempt to post nightly... while maintaining some larger sessions for later night European times, mid morning Australians and some time in the afternoon for the north Americans. I am unsure if anyone is from an Asian time zone here... I am unsure how you could incoorporate 4 distinct timezones together.

I agree with most of that, however I don't think it would really work to be having staggered posts, as we really need to have Kipi running it all.

Instead, I thought of another idea.

Perhaps we could split up into two groups if the quest permits. That way people could play in a timezone that would be more suited for them, rather than a general one.

It's just a thought, but I think Kipi will figure something out.
