Well that answers that question. He left too, although he has a tendency to hop on and off every half hour for a bit.

Umm, as far as I can think of, none as of now. Just need to have a setting to start up at, unless that background is everything I have?

The construct ignores you. He continues his rampage on the man. He misses the man and the man hit's the creature. He takes a decent chunk out of the construct, but it is by far still standing.
