| | | Yes, however, you couldn't join the Order of High sorcery because of alignment restrictions. You would either have to be a sorcerer and forego the normal benefits of specialization, or be a renegade wizard and be hunted by all three orders (white, black and red). Barbarians are chaotic, that sort of suits you. To warn you though, you would only be able to hit creatures easily that are not good in melee, like spellcasters, and you're spells wouldn't be as strong as a normal mage. Does that seem like what you want?

| | | I could try making you some sort of class if you were truly interested? A barbarian with Rage, high Attack, that can use magic? You'd lose the feats for both classes basically. No special barbarian abilities, and no bonus feats and such.
