Posted to Area 51 in 1997, once a rising star in the Air Force, found out about the Stargate when materials were shipped over from the SGC for study and safekeeping. A few years later approached by an offshoot of the NID, later to become the Trust. Acted as a mole in Area 51 for a few years, until then Senator Kinsey brought the leadership to ‘justice’. Then things became more confusing… he was spirited away from Area 51 and became a part of the Trust’s offworld plans. When the Trust stole the Stargate from the SGC to launch chemical attacks against the Goa’uld, the Trust was truly revealed and soon after it was compromised by the Goa’uld. Collins only just avoided the fate of many in that organisation. Now he had truly become rogue forced to wander using the Stargate network in order to survive from numerous enemies, the Trust, the Goa’uld, the SGC and other alien enemies. Acquiring alien technology to protect Earth was no longer the goal… Earth had turned it’s back on him. Now he had limited supplies- some MRE’s, an M-16 rifle with some ammo, a radio (for what good that would do him) and the clothes on his back. He managed to scavenge some Goa’uld equipment too from a battlefield, a staff weapon and zat-n-ktel, at least those were not dependent on ammunition.

Now he just had to avoid detection from his enemies and perhaps find new allies…

Rich Dostrem's past is considered as top secret, due the fact that his disappearing is believed to have something to do with his past before joining SG-4 team.
In SG-4, Dostrem's worked as researcher, but in case of fight, he wasn't the weakest link of the team.
The information considering of Dostrem's disappearing in SG322-DR12 is, as his past, classified as top secret, and thereof the only thing that is known is that SG-4 was ordered to study the ruins of Goa'uld's ship which was crashed to the planet some time ago. Also it's known that Dostrem had with him his normal gear, including more ammo to his M-16 rifle than normal.

No-one actually knew Dostrem well, he spent most of his out-of-mission time alone, studying the history and technology of Goa'uld. It also seems that Dostrem wanted to stay as anonymous as possible, rarely taking part in discussions if not needed.

Here planet is located on the far side of the Milky Way and she is the head of the technology department. Has been fighting Gould all her life but finally joined the military to put her combat skills to good use, her planet is a little further along then earth as far as technology goes but only by a couple years. The battle between the two forces has been a loosing one for her side.
The Talara military isn’t much more then a band of rebels now and Paige is slowly becoming the last of her kind.
