1. In the second to last paragraph, you mention entering 'the clearing'. I'm just curious if you referencing the same clearing Pharis is headed towards to lead the bulk of the hunting party to their slaughter at the hands of DW. If you are in the same clearing, it could be open fragging season.
2. I think you're doing an excellent job of playing off the other writers posts. It's flows well.
3. I like how the black orc leader is onto Pharis' disguise, but I find it odd he wouldn't have finished Pharis after smacking him to the ground for whining about the approaching wolves, especially if he's seeing through the ruse. On the flip side, I'm glad my character is still alive. I don't wanna be that person who shows up with the cool character to the PnP friday night allnighter only to be killed off in the first encounter and then whine all night about having to share his/her caffeinated beverages.
4. I had visions of Pharis and DW taking out the leader and bringing his gear to shilmista to have the markings examined. but that's not terribly important.
5. I think if the black orc gets away and returns with more black orcs, it will further delay the amount of time it will take to get to windhaven. Not that I mind the combat, however, it seems there are already a handful of people there and I don't want them to lose interest in the overall story waiting for us. Especially if a force is moving on windhaven, it would be nice if all were present in town for the battle even if some of us haven't met by the time the assault occurs. In fact, all of us as survivors of that assault would be an excellent way to bring us together.
6. How will Erudish react if Zadrk flees to get more black orcs to complete the job? Will he even allow Zadrk to try again or punish him permanently for his failure.

2. Thank you, although I don't expect Zadrk to become a second character for me...at least not at the moment.
3/4/5/6. You know what? You're completely right. What I'll do is *SPOILER WARNING* edit so that he's going around the clearing to try and turn the tables on DW and Pharis. Instead of him running away, he'll send a messenger. That way you can a) kill him (so I don't have to commit myself to two characters after all  ) b) keep all the combat in one encounter and, c) get to the elves quicker.

When reflecting over my comments, I realized I had made a lot of them and didn't want to come off as pushy. Glad to know you found the comments constructive.
Anything else to cover regarding Zadrk onto the ruse of Pharis and then not doing anything when he could've. perhaps even a sentence or two second guessing himself for not finishing him off. Black orcs understand the concept of irony, no?

| | I'm not exactly an expert on the sub-race. If Uruk-Hai from LoTR understand irony then yes. If not, then while your killing him the only thing that would be passing through his mind is that he failed his master (who no character knows about) and was bested by a better. Of course he'd be pretty angry at the whole matter. Whatever happens, just make him angry, and mad. I mean, you created him, I'm just playing along 
Oh and make it epic. Pharis vs. Zadrk is a good enough fight to get onto Drow Pay Per View.

| | well, im gonna sit in windhaven drinking and wenching, after all Blade (not to be confused with the marvel charater) has to think about the info on the armor, but hes been around the block a few to many times, so info my be confused, and if anyone has anymore ideas about what to do with the armor, PM me or find away to figure it out, wasnt tryin to take that role over, just wanted to further the plot
