Class: Fedaykin - the Fedaykin (the Death Commando) is the elite warrior of the desert, they are skilled in the ways of battle, but also in the more stealthier skills. They have perfected the art of ambush and guerilla tactics. Since they have to travel the desert and also usually finish a battle fast, they use light weapons and armor. (the Fedaykin is a mixture between a fighter and a stalker, except they don't have any spells)

Weapons - Daggers, short swords, scimitars, darts and throwing knives
(he usually prefers a scimitar and a dagger)

Personality: Miles doesn't talk much, he doesn't se the point in worthless conversaton. He usually let's others decide most things, like where to go, and what to do. But when in battle, Miles barks out orders left and right. He is an experienced commander in battle, and wise in the way of war.
Even though he is a mercenary, he has a strong sense of loyalty, he will never betray someone he is working for, and he will not be bribed. As all men of the desert, he is quick to anger. It also takes a while for him to trust someone, but once somebody get's his respect, trust and friendship they'll have it forever. He might even go so far as to leave his current master if he believes that his friends are in peril.
He doesn't really care about anyone, not even himself, and thus, he has no problems slaughtering an entire village of innocent people, but he might also help defend them. It all depends on what his current empoyer wants.
He is no goon, if he is mistreated and/or insulted by his employer he will slay him, and leave to find new work.
He lives as a mercenary, not for the money, but for the fighting. He was tought that every man is destined to become something in this world, either it is a king, or a peasant, and he feels that his destiny is to live and die as a Fedaykin.

History: Miles Teg comes from deep in the desert of Anauroch, where he lived with his tribe. The desert is harsh and unyeilding, and so is everybody born there, and Miles was no exeption. He learned the ways of desert warfare, and already as a youth he was an accomplished warrior, and well respected for his skills with arms. He also had a talent for strategic thinking, this he showed when he was assigned to lead an ambush on a caravan. The caravan was more heavily guarded than they had thought, but using his wits and skills, Miles defeated the superior guards. He was then assigned to the military counsil. After a particulary brutal attack from a superior tribe on his village Miles was the only one to survive. Having nothing left in the desert, he then left at an age of 26 and has since then served as a mercenary. He has served all kinds of masters, from good paladins of Helm, to evil and scheming drow wizards.

Fedaykin sounds very familiar. i know I heard it in Dune, but I don't remember where exactly.

They are the elite troops of Muad'dib, the Death Commandos. I just thought it would be cool to base my character on a fremen. I am reading the books right now, so my head is simply filled with ideas of fremen and the like.

I can't stress this enough, but this simply makes my blood boil. This is NOT Lord of the Rings! In AD&D, Elves are TINY! They don't come that big. The biggest of elves are barely over 5 feet tall. This is almost as bad as that one guy who has a 6'6" half-Elf. Read the Description: "Elves are SHORTER and SLIMMER than normal Humans."

If you want someone that big, get a Human. Otherwise, you are pretty much limited to the 4'5"-5'0" range. Also, they only weigh about 50-100 lbs, but with the wings, maybe 140-150 should be acceptable.

Still, you need to rethink your dimensions, or your race.

Granted, but 7ft is not nearly an uncommon in Humans as 5ft11 is in elves. I'd go as far as to say that 5ft11 is IMPOSSIBLE in elves, whereas there are hundreds of people who are over 7 ft tall.

It's not your size that pisses me off but the misconception that elves are that big. It's like people playing BG2 but taking their references from some ass-random fanfiction website that has nothing to do with BG2 and potrays elves as the humanoid twist on the giraffe. Either that or from LOTR, where elves are the same size as Humans.

GL, I don't think all elves are that small. I don't know how big winged elves are but the most common high elves are small. I think its that either the wild elves, gold elves(or maybe gray elves) or wood elves that can get to around 5'11 and taller though.
