Occassionally I come across small groups of ghouls in the wastelands who say they are trying to make their way to Underworld. My dialog choices are limited to robbing them or telling them I have no time for their problem. Seems that you should be able to tell them or guide them to Underworld, assuming you have found it already, but that's not the case. Am I missing something or is this just another broken quest/dead end?
