ummm...this may be a stupid question and maybe the wrong place to ask it, but i'm kinda new here so what's an "exalted member"? i'm just curious cuz it's a cool title.

One of my worst moments in Fallout 2 (although i think its a bad glitch, not a situation i got myself into) is that in Gecko certain ghouls go into combat mode if i go near them, and if they go into combat mode every other single ghoul doe aswell! And the ghouls are in the reactor so i find it almost impossible to peacefully do any quest in gecko. grrrrr.
