w00t? Where is da kid?

At Vaultcity. At courtyard south of bar there should be kid who has lost a doll, right? Well when i am in coyrtyard i hear the kids "*sniiffff*" but the kid isnt there!!?!?! Bug? Well i have seen same thing in many other towns too...And i need a wrench.. any other way to get wrench than the rocks that the kid says?

Are you playing the European version of Fallout 2? Cause that has no kids in it.
But it is possible to get children into the game, just do a search for children patch via google or something.

As for alternate locations for a wench, - well if memory serves me - I'm pretty sure there is one in the northern part of Redding in a locker.
