| | | Ultimate money?
evening all...iv been playing fallout 2 for years now..never been on any forums or anything..just got bored and joined today  ..anyhoo..something has been itching me for along time now....Awhile ago on a long deleted char..i got into a random incounter...it was on a caravan run from redding to vault city..got in a fight with a few leather jaket looking guys..not sure wot they were..mabye robbers or somthing...after i killed them..i looked at the 3-4 bodies..and on each one was 9999 bucks...tho wen i picked it up ..it actually countained 99,999 dollers it just showed 9999..lol now is this some super uber rare drop..or is it wot im thinking just a really bad luck drop... i say bad because after i got all that money that char became boring since i could get anything and everything i wanted..any thoughts? sry if this has already been posted..i did a search but didnt find anything..cheers.. |

it could be a bug, but honestly I'm not sure.

Anyway, i have never heard of anything like it either, but i once found a plasma pistol in an encounter. It was some peasants or just some "people being attacked by robbers" encounter, and when i looked in one of the peasants' tents, there was a plasma pistol in his footlocker  !

My suggestion is if one finds themself too rich and bored, simply dump all weapons and items and buy as many rockets as possible; using the rocket launcher as the main and only weapon is a fun and expensive hobby.
Mantis? Explosive rocket!
Robbers? Armour Piercing!
Doris and Dorothy? Armour Piercing!
