That is a ubber stimpack. Heals a lot. Ahn, I think there is nothing else to do there, but I can be wrong. Pick up the ubber stims and store them for later on.
If im not mistaking, its a shuttle from startrek. The dead guys have startrek uniforms. The Hypo's is a form of Heal potion.. Full heal.. Its just one of those funny encounters the game have to offer
