The Ability point increases

I've seen the topics which concerns the best characters and how to build them strong. It's been a long time since I played Fallout 2 and I haven't a clue, where those stat increases are. So I was hoping you could tell the specific location/quest which grants + to all the abilities of ones character.

Did you try to use the Search -function before posting?
The complete list of stat upgrades is listed in this FAQ thread.

But here is the list again, for faster reference and as the thread contains some heavy spoilers
  • STR: +6 (+1 Surgery, +1 Perk, +4 Armour)
  • INT: +3 (+1 Surgery, +1 Perk, +1 Weird Brain Alignment)
  • LUCK: +3 (+1 Perk, +2/+1 Weird Brain Alignment)
  • AGI: +1 (Perk)
  • END: +1 (Perk)
  • CHA: +3 (+1 Perk, +1 Surgery, +1 Shades)
  • PE: +2 (+1 Perk, +1 Surgery

The only method I haven't been able to refind (but in the past I have) is the "Weird Brain Alignment".

SPOILER:

The Weird Brain Alignment gives +1 IN & LK, as opposed to the Zeta Scan, which gives +2 LK. You can get either, not both, of them at the Hubologist Church in NCR, IIRC.

That I know. I have already read about that from time to time. I was looking for specifics and in detail information about the whereabouts of these increases.

Fallout 2 Walkthrough

This is one of the best FO2 guides I've ever seen. There's also, ofcourse, our guide here at GB. Read, and you'll learn.
