You make a char with high Outdoorsskill. Then you go directly from starting village to San Fran. Youl need to save alot.. But its possible. Get the BOS quest, and stealht again to Navarro base. Kill the "gasman" Go in the backway and tell them you are a recrute. Get the vertigo planes... walk out the same way.. get back to san fran... You know stand with 20 K xp a power armor and a YK42 pulse rifle. And now you are ready to start the game
