| | I never recall actually being able to save him myself, so I can't say this with certaincy, but I don't think it is possible.

| | | Regarding the Sierra Army Depot... After installing the 1.05 patch I've found an item called Neural Interface at the Skynet computer terminal. It looks the same as the Psychic Nullifier from Fallout 1, and the description says: "It appears to be a set of electrodes built into a head unit with a standard computer interface plug. It's broken, however."
Does anyone know what can be done with this device? |

| | | Nope, but thanks for bringing this old thread back.
It reminds me of a question of my own.
What the heck is going on with that whale you can find in a special encounter?!
I can find a 'daisy' near to it, but i have no idea if there is anything you can actually do with it, or if the game-designers put it, and the whale, in just to add a bit more freakyness to the game.

There's nothing you can do with that encounter except pick up those daisies. |

What about the 'Radscorpion Limbs' that you find in the shack close to Torr, when you are helping him with his... ahem... Bugmen ?

I've however never taken that route, so it is only from recollection of ingame dialog. |

And the patch which fix that quest removes those items...
