Party Member related Quests?

I was recently playing Fallout 2, when i by accident entered some building in Vault City, and met Valentine, Vics daughter. And it made me think.

Sulik is talking about his sister, being captured by slavers and all, and explains that he wants to follow you so he can look for his sister. Is that actually a quest? It doesnt show on the Pipboy, but is it possible to find her? and where? During special encounters? A random encounter? (I have low luck so i don't find them very often).

Then i thought even more, and there are actually a lot of those kind of things with some of the other party members.

For example: If you are a female, Cassidy is more of a gentleman near you. He tries not to cuzz, and he doesnt like when Myron talks nasty at you. Is this a possible romance?? Probaly not, but is there anything that you can do about it? Some sort of rivalry between Myron and Cassidy maybe (providing that you got Myrons attention).

The only one I can specifically answer is that Suliks sister is not in the game.
No doubt this was inteded to be a quest at some point, but was never implemented.
